Transformation Consultant

Location: Mexico City; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Develop creative and impactful solutions for transformation projects and organizational initiatives.
• Integrate strategy, communication, innovation, HR, and digital expertise into transformation frameworks and client journeys.
• Support organizational design, work redesign, cultural change, talent development, compensation, and related projects.
• Analyze large datasets and metrics, translating insights into actionable client strategies.
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to project team development and capability building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, including more than 3 years in consulting and organizational development or design.
• Intermediate Excel skills for handling large datasets and intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency required for writing, reading, and conversation.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, analytical, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Basic to intermediate Power BI skills.
• Excel macro programming experience.
• Experience building relationships with business areas and executive leaders.
