Implementation Specialist (Financial Data)

What you will do

• Onboard institutional client investment data onto the hirify.global platform.
• Build portfolio hierarchies, fund manifests, user-defined fields, and commitment records.
• Create templates for historical accounting data and validate fund-level market values, transactions, and returns.
• Investigate, remediate, document, and explain data discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
• Coordinate with clients on onboarding deliverables, deadlines, liquidity terms, and project documentation.
• Work with data engineering, development, and client solutions teams on accounting feeds, client requests, and platform issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with a client-service and problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong spoken and written English fluency is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet reporting deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Partnership or investment accounting experience.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Experience training colleagues on data team processes.
