What you will do

• Lead architectural investigations and circuit implementation for highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products.
• Design mixed-signal circuits including PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs to meet key performance targets.
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools such as SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Carry out layout activities in nanometric technologies and supervise physical design.
• Independently characterize, debug, and validate designs in the lab.
• Generate design-related documents and application specifications, supporting customers and FAEs as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 15+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, and regulators.
• Knowledge and experience in low power and high speed design techniques.
• Strong knowledge of IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units to design specifications.
• Must be eligible to access technology and/or software subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
