What you will do

• Lead continuous product discovery and prioritize problems based on user needs and business goals.
• Translate company strategy into a clear product vision and actionable roadmaps.
• Define and track success metrics, driving end-to-end delivery with a focus on outcomes and quality.
• Provide direct people responsibility, coaching, and development for team members.
• Act as a player–coach, owning product initiatives while enabling others.
• Align designers, engineers, and stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Product Management or adjacent roles.
• Proven ability to lead products and people in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong user empathy and a solid track record of product discovery.
• Outcome-oriented mindset with technical fluency.
• Confidence in decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs.
• Fluent in German & English (C2).

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT products, mobile apps, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with discovery techniques like fake doors, usability tests, or rapid prototyping.
• Experience leading or mentoring other team members.
• Worked in empowered product teams with strong design & engineering partners.
