What you will do

• Lead a full-stack development team to drive discoveries and deliveries of new transactional features.
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability within the team and with stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, business impact, and technical feedback.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects to understand user needs, develop, and test ideas.
• Own team's project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and mitigating blockers.
• Create the team’s roadmap, breaking down complex deliveries into manageable work packages and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in product management (Discovery and Delivery), ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects, managing both technical and business requirements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to break down, prioritize, and communicate complex tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define problems and KPIs, collect data, and communicate results.
• Experience with agile and iterative product development methodologies.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
