What you will do
- Lead and mentor a strong SOC design team across multiple geographies.
- Architect and design high-quality SOC designs, being hands-on with RTL coding and IP integration flows.
- Define, track, and drive project execution timelines and milestones with stakeholders.
- Define the system architecture, micro-architecture, and register specification for highly complex SoCs.
- Work with physical design and verification teams, providing guidance and support.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of professional experience, or Master’s/PhD with 5-10 years.
- 10+ years of experience in SOC design, integration and verification.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and leading cross-functional teams.
- Extensive knowledge of SOC design components and interconnects, including clock, reset, DFT, DFD features, IP integration, and security requirements.
- Hands-on experience with RTL Coding and methodologies, IP integration flows, and design quality tools.
- Working knowledge in Processor architecture, IO protocols (PCIe, CXL, Ethernet), and memory technologies (DDR, HBM).
- Strong experience in scripting languages like Perl, Python, Tcl, and UNIX Shell.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information is required.
