What you will do
- Manage the complete requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, verification, and traceability.
- Align refined requirements to Agile sprint planning and support IT development teams throughout the SDLC.
- Facilitate requirements discussions and conduct detailed stakeholder interviews for complex technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, software developers, and integrators for seamless design, development, and deployment.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office for requirements tracking and documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to security, IT systems administration, and software development standards.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field AND 10 years of experience, OR High School Diploma AND 15 years of combined experience in requirements management, system/software development, IT systems administration, and cybersecurity compliance.
- 6 years of specialized experience as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator.
- Extensive experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Experience designing and documenting information systems utilizing DoDAF architecture models and views.
