What you will do

• Develop product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in collaboration with the CEO and team.
• Gain deep understanding of customer segments (enterprise, SMB, and consumers).
• Monitor the evolving AI design landscape to determine hirify.global's market position.
• Partner with machine learning, engineering, and design teams to translate technology into user experiences.
• Operate with a high degree of ownership and drive rapid shipping of features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or founder experience in fast-moving startups, with 0→1 product ownership.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for others.
• Deeply customer-centric, able to reconcile the needs of individual creators, small teams, and large organizations.
• Comfortable working with deeply technical teams and hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products.
• Passion for AI and/or design tools, demonstrated through building, prototyping, or side projects.
