What you will do
- Cultivate strong client relationships and lead discussions on partnership opportunities.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and forecast trends.
- Nurture and manage relationships with key partners and attend industry events.
- Execute affiliate marketing strategies and continuously monitor portfolio performance.
- Mentor Associate Account Managers and delegate tasks effectively.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.
- Direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network) required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data.

- Experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact).
