What you will do

• Cultivate strong client relationships and lead discussions on partnership opportunities.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and forecast trends.
• Nurture and manage relationships with key partners and attend industry events.
• Execute affiliate marketing strategies and continuously monitor portfolio performance.
• Mentor Associate Account Managers and delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network) required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable analyzing data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Affiliate Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact).
