What you will do
- Maintain and update monthly financial models (P&L, ARR, KPIs, deferred revenue) and ensure data accuracy across entities, currencies, and reporting files.
- Build and optimize automated Google Sheets reports (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Apps Script) and develop dynamic dashboards for finance, sales, and operations.
- Manage and improve G-Suite folder structures, naming conventions, version control, and corporate templates.
- Record routine accounting entries, organize invoices, receipts, contracts, and financial documents, and maintain trackers.
- Maintain customer, product, contract, and transaction databases, ensuring alignment between Google Sheets, CRM, and finance tools.
- Prepare data for month-end close and internal reviews, assist with variance analysis, and support development of new tools.
Requirements
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, Apps Script preferred).
- Strong understanding of data structures and file organisation.
- Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits, accruals, prepayments, GL).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to manage multiple data sources consistently.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio or Power BI).
- Familiarity with accounting tools (Xero, QuickBooks, ERP, Asana).
