What you will do

• Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, translating finance and business requirements into clear KPIs.
• Ensure data quality and consistency by working closely with IT and data owners.
• Drive automation and improvement of reporting and controlling processes using modern tools.
• Prepare and analyze financial results, budgets, and forecasts, supporting management with insights.
• Act as a finance business partner for stakeholders, communicating complex financial information.
• Support Business Controllers in ensuring continuity in financial steering and stakeholder support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and controlling.
• Strong knowledge of data management, with a passion for utilizing and improving available data.
• Proficiency in Power BI is required.
• Excellent analytical skills and assertive communication abilities in English.
