TL;DR

Customer Care Advisor (HR Tech): Supporting international customers with all questions regarding HR software applications, focusing on building expertise across different domains and advising on optimizing their hirify.global environment. Focus on professional communication, analytical skills to find optimal solutions, and taking ownership in a self-managing way.

Location: Hybrid work format. hirify.global, a member of the SD Worx group, is a European provider of HR software solutions. A workation option (4 weeks per year) is available within EU SD Worx locations.

What you will do

  • Build knowledge and expertise across different domains of HR software applications.
  • Answer customer questions about hirify.global tools via phone and email.
  • Advise customers on how to optimise their hirify.global environment.
  • Build an internal network and collaborate with internal customer experts.
  • Take ownership in your role while leveraging team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Communicate professionally with customers over the phone and show perseverance in finding solutions.
  • Have an interest in software applications and the more technical side of HR.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent and confident in English.
  • Demonstrate responsibility, autonomy, initiative, and a self-managing approach.
  • Enjoy working in a growing company and continuously improving processes.
