Location: Remote. This position can ideally be based in Spain, Poland or Brazil, but this is not mandatory. Candidates must have the legal right to work in their country of residence or the location of the role, as visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Prepare the Group’s annual budget & quarterly re-forecasts, coordinating with global business leaders.
• Business Partner with stakeholders across key business areas to support decision-making and daily operations analysis.
• Provide analysis and assessment of performance against budget, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Identify and drive cost or margin improvement opportunities.
• Act as a point of contact for Global Leaders to identify deviations and trends for rolling forecasts.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with the BI department and Controller to build insightful reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting.
• Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial models.
• Solid proficiency in Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Must have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role; visa sponsorship is not available.
