What you will do

• Lead and develop a finance team of 3–4 professionals.
• Act as a financial partner to client leads, supporting strategic decisions.
• Oversee monthly and year-end closing processes, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Monitor performance against forecasts and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Implement and improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Provide commercial leadership in client pitches and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of financial leadership experience in an agency, consultancy, or project-based business.
• Proven success managing finances for multi-client portfolios and large-scale projects.
• Strong experience with German financial regulations and compliance.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg.
