Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers on regional recruitment strategies and position alignment.
• Advise on external leadership talent markets, interview practices, candidate experience, and hiring decisions.
• Track hiring metrics, research market trends, and use data to inform recruitment discussions.
• Lead search update meetings, conduct on-site interviews, participate in debriefs, and complete reference checks.
• Source and contact prospective candidates while collaborating with employer branding on attraction initiatives.
• Assess candidates against business requirements, company values, and leadership principles, then present and negotiate employment offers.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Europe.
• Experience with active sourcing and candidate attraction through multiple channels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business models and market landscapes.
• Ability to use data and research to inform recruitment decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a candidate-experience-focused approach.
