Talent Acquisition Partner (French Speaking)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working

Salary: HUF 9,120,000–13,680,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and candidate selection.
• Develop hiring strategies using talent intelligence, market insights, and recruitment data.
• Lead Talent Acquisition activities for assigned positions and improve quality of hire, time to hire, and candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, Talent Management, Communications, and Procurement teams across global hubs.
• Monitor service-delivery SLAs, KPIs, technology ROI, and recruitment status reporting.
• Support employee value proposition development, employer branding, talent assessment, and data compliance across Workday, job boards, and social media.

Requirements

• Proven success in recruiting strong talent.
• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and standardizing processes across multiple locations.
• Experience leading or managing global recruitment teams in a global business services environment.
• Strong communication, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, processes, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR information systems.
• English and French required.
