Senior Recruiter, Operations

Location: Nyíregyháza, Hungary. Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. Relocation support is not available.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Operations roles, primarily supporting the Nyíregyháza manufacturing site.
• Recruit technical talent across engineering, specialist, and director-level positions.
• Act as the on-site Talent Acquisition partner for salaried recruitment in Nyíregyháza.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR People Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver hiring plans.
• Build market insights, source candidates, nurture talent pools, and develop effective selection techniques.
• Support pre-boarding, onboarding, candidate experience, and the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.

Requirements

• Strong business proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Fluent Hungarian.
• Significant experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviewing, in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting across different seniority levels and Operations functions, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong sourcing, talent-pooling, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience using data and insights to support recruitment decisions.
