What you will do

• Engage, moderate, and support a global community of musicians.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions using Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by users with hirify.global products.
• Drive the hirify.global digital ecosystem through feedback with the development team.
• Identify and implement support systems to empower user self-help.
• Support general marketing activities and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Musician with professional music production knowledge and experience.
• Deep experience in online community building and social outreach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work on weekends and travel as needed.
