Partner Senior Manager (Web3): Accelerating the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem by serving as a trusted advisor to high-profile partners, including financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native builders. Focus on shaping tokenization strategies, architecting utility on-chain, and removing roadblocks to maximize partner success and drive meaningful, on-ledger activity.
What you will do
- Own and lead a portfolio of highly strategic and complex Institutional DeFi partners building on XRPL, with a focus on scaled adoption of tokenized asset use cases.
- Define and drive strategic account plans that maximize long-term value for both and its partners.
- Lead execution across technical and GTM workstreams, anticipating risks and aligning cross-functional resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations, and act as a senior voice across internal teams.
- Represent partner needs and priorities internally, influencing X’s roadmap, product strategy, and go-to-market motions.
- Identify opportunities for broader ecosystem impact and partner cross-collaboration to accelerate XRPL utility.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience leading strategic partnerships or enterprise engagements in fintech, financial services, or blockchain—ideally with a focus on innovation and emerging tech.
- Deep understanding of financial instruments and market structure.
- Strong command of tokenization models, use cases, and best practices.
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and how they can be applied to financial use cases such as tokenization, settlement, and collateral management.
- Proven track record of launching scalable GTM strategies that result in sustained on-chain activity and partner adoption.
- Experienced engaging at the C-suite level at tier 1 banks and asset managers, with credibility, empathy, and strategic insight.
