• Own the Physical AI business from pilot to production.
• Run forward-deployed programs with robotics and autonomy customers.
• Translate customer needs into product and research priorities.
• Build partnerships to establish hirify.global's credibility in the Physical AI space.
• Align engineering, design, and research teams around key priorities.
• Grow the team as business revenue justifies.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of robotics, autonomy, or simulation.
• Ability to speak credibly with technical customers.
• Comfortable building from the pilot stage to production.
• Willingness to run customer engagements directly.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in North America.
