What you will do

• Provide expert support for hirify.global product features.
• Design, develop, and refine algorithms, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Drive innovation in managing access networks, setting direction for next-generation software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative products.

Requirements

• Master’s in Telecommunications or related field (PhD is a plus).
• Experience working on the physical layer of communication systems.
• Knowledge of communication systems and statistical processing.
• Experience with database languages such as SQL/MongoDB.
• Experience in Java software development.
• Familiarity with Linux, Python scripting, data mining, and machine learning algorithms.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of copper (DSL), fiber (PON) or Wi-Fi technologies.
