What you will do
- Provide expert support for hirify.global product features.
- Design, develop, and refine algorithms, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Drive innovation in managing access networks, setting direction for next-generation software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative products.
Requirements
- Master’s in Telecommunications or related field (PhD is a plus).
- Experience working on the physical layer of communication systems.
- Knowledge of communication systems and statistical processing.
- Experience with database languages such as SQL/MongoDB.
- Experience in Java software development.
- Familiarity with Linux, Python scripting, data mining, and machine learning algorithms.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of copper (DSL), fiber (PON) or Wi-Fi technologies.
