What you will do

• Design and implement complex, multi-step AI workflows using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Develop, test, and optimize advanced prompts (Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct).
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Establish automated LLM evaluation frameworks using Vertex AI Gen AI Evaluation Service.
• Apply software engineering rigor to AI development, including CI/CD and testing.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in software/ML engineering, with at least 1 year building/deploying LLM-based applications in production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs as reasoning engines within larger systems (the "Agentic" mindset).
• Deep understanding of managing conversational state and memory in complex, non-linear AI graphs.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Proficiency in GCP ecosystem including Vertex AI Studio, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with advanced RAG techniques such as Hybrid search, Parent-Document Retrieval, and Query expansion.
