Location: Most roles are based in the greater Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. area and require on-site work five days a week. Some positions may offer hybrid or remote options, but this is determined case by case and is not typical for most roles.

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support program objectives.
• Design and build data models, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Conduct statistical analyses, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and analysts.
• Present findings through briefings and technical reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data throughout the analysis process.

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree is required for senior level roles.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, ideally in support of government, defense, or intelligence programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning techniques, or data modeling frameworks.
• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required.
