What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain robust tools for content creation and game development.
• Partner with artists, designers, and engineers to deliver tools that meet their needs.
• Identify opportunities for pipeline improvement to enhance productivity across teams.
• Develop and maintain a proprietary UI framework.
• Provide technical guidance to team members.
• Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code.

Requirements

• Very solid knowledge of C++.
• Strong interest and hands-on experience in game-specific tooling and content creation.
• Knowledge of UI toolkits like Qt, wxWidgets, or WinForms.
• Solid understanding of design patterns in games and tools.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines in a creative team.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of best practices in UI/UX for game tools.
• Knowledge of Python and experience writing extensions/plugins.
• Understanding of game content pipelines and formats (FBX, USD).
