What you will do

• Design and implement core gameplay systems using C++ in modern game engine environments.
• Develop robust, scalable features that sit at the core of the player experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and production to ensure systems are technically sound and fun to play.
• Take full ownership of gameplay features from initial concept to final implementation.
• Deliver value within assignments typically ranging from 6 to 24 months.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing gameplay systems, preferably in multiplayer games.
• Excellent C++ skills with deep experience in custom or Unreal engines.
• Strong understanding of CPU architecture, memory, and performance trade-offs.
• Solid foundation in 3D math, including linear algebra, vectors, and matrices.
• Experience shipping at least one title in a C++ environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ECS architectures.
• Experience shipping on consoles (PS4/PS5, Xbox Series X|S).
• Experience building internal tools or improving developer workflows.
• Comfortable working with Git and modern development practices.
