What you will do

• Support integration and expansion of global payment network by partnering with PSPs, banks, and eWallet providers.
• Collaborate with internal product managers and engineers on partner onboarding, integration testing, and go-live.
• Coordinate with partners to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure project delivery.
• Monitor and optimize payment network performance, including transaction success rates and issue resolution.
• Conduct market research on payment methods and technologies for business expansion.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1+ year experience in payment, fintech, or internet-related product roles.
• Basic understanding of payment ecosystems (card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, bank transfers).
• Familiarity with project or product management processes (requirements, coordination, testing).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communication and cross-functional skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or financial institutions.
• Hands-on API integration or payment channel testing.
• Interest in payment technology, fintech, and global commerce.
