What you will do

• Lead strategy and roadmap for payment fraud products and key features.
• Collaborate with commercial strategy teams to enhance customer-facing fraud management offerings.
• Oversee product lifecycle of fraud prevention tools for risk analytics, operations, and customers.
• Work with risk analytics to develop and monitor fraud detection and prevention solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, legal, and compliance to align products with business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Fraud Analysts team to monitor fraud metrics and improve prevention strategies.

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of professional experience.
• 5+ years experience in Payments Fraud or Payments Risk Management.
• Experience in product management, go-to-market, product design, planning, and development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High academic achievements in STEM field.
• Experience in fintech or other complex domains.
