What you will do

• Design and upgrade core capabilities for global payment compliance sanction products (e.g., screen engines, name list management, rule configurations).
• Ensure adequate data quality and business scenario coverage of sanction screening across the Global Payment system.
• Manage AML and financial crimes compliance products, including PEP and adverse media screening, single-customer views, and customer risk rating.
• Conduct cross-functional communications with compliance officers, business owners, and operations agents.
• Build and launch product features with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in compliance, anti-fraud, and/or risk products.
• 2+ years of direct experience with sanction screening systems.
• Strong understanding of payment and fintech businesses, AML, FCC, and sanction compliance policies.
• Ability to identify business priorities and design appropriate features.
• Ability to lead product research, industry analysis, roadmap planning, and solution design.

• Prior experience building screen engines.
• Leadership or management experience.
