What you will do

• Write high-converting video briefs daily for each micro-influencer.
• Manage and coach micro-influencers to consistently deliver quality content.
• Source and vet new micro-influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Stay ahead of social media trends across all major platforms daily.
• Review and approve all creator videos daily before publishing.
• Use AI tools for brief generation, trend analysis, and performance insights.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media content strategy.
• Proven experience managing multiple creators simultaneously and driving results.
• Deep platform expertise (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and obsessive trend awareness.
• Strong creative instincts.
• Hands-on AI tools usage for workflow automation and content ideation.
• Excellent communication and high organizational skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced work.
