What you will do

• Create compelling content across all channels, focusing on digital channels like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Lead the creative process from concept to delivery, aligning assets with channel best practices.
• Drive A/B testing and creative iteration to improve creative work continuously.
• Monitor ad performance and provide actionable insights for future creative direction.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality work that grows the brand.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in copywriting or similar roles, with in-house experience as a bonus.
• Passionate about creative trends and new platforms, combining ideas with data.
• Proactive and driven to continuously optimise and improve creative work.
• Proven track record in performance creative, producing successful ads and UGC.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills; video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Capcut) is a plus.
