What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key Hotels.com portfolio area, shaping its future.
• Champion the user voice, identifying gaps and driving step-change improvements.
• Shape long-term product vision and strategy using deep user and competitive landscape knowledge.
• Drive product execution by building, prioritizing, and managing product roadmaps and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science leaders, leveraging the latest technologies and data analytics.
• Communicate complex product concepts and strategies with clarity, demonstrating leadership and influence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to set and align long-term product vision across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy in a B2C product environment.
• Deep understanding of technology trends, including AI/ML applications in product development and a demonstrated ability to push for better AI adoption.
• Experience leading 0→1 product launches through ambiguity and rapid iteration.
