Compensation: $161,000–$225,500 base salary

What you will do

• Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams and identify organizational, technical, and data gaps.
• Develop and execute a long-term product vision and strategy based on market analysis and user needs.
• Build and manage a clear product roadmap, translating the vision into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Work with data science leaders to apply AI/ML and predictive modeling to enhance the customer experience.
• Communicate complex product strategies effectively across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management delivering complex, high-impact products.
• Proven ability to set and align long-term product vision across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making in a B2C environment.
• Deep understanding of technology trends and AI/ML applications in product development.
• Experience leading 0-1 product launches through ambiguity and experimentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
