What you will do
- Quickly respond to marketing and product-driven leads, performing pre-research and outbound strategies.
- Qualify warm leads and conduct preliminary discovery calls with cold leads to set appointments for Account Executives.
- Manage your own pipeline of low-revenue sellers, assisting in their onboarding and activation to hit monthly quotas.
- Showcase experience with strong GTM Sales Motions, including account research, prospecting, and cold outbound.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of hirify.global's ecosystem and keep abreast of upcoming product releases.
- Provide clear insights from conversations with leads to improve outreach effectiveness and provide feedback to Marketing.
Requirements
- ~1 year of sales experience.
- A track record of strong KPIs and results.
- BA/BS degree or 2 years customer-facing or sales experience in B2B or B2C technology.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Strong sales acumen and confidence while conducting outbound sales strategies.
- Comfort with operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
