What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify and grow business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Source and secure new business opportunities for hirify.global, building a network of contacts.
- Execute strategic business plans to drive performance and achieve long-term client commitment.
- Lead Monthly Key Account Reviews focusing on current and future business opportunities.
- Forecast accurately to individual account level on the Equals CRM system.
- Establish strong relationships at all levels with accounts to ensure opportunities are leveraged and targets achieved.
Requirements
- Numerical skills with advanced analytical abilities and able to interpret reporting.
- Deep knowledge of the B2B payments & card issuing industry and best practice tools, systems, and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of IBANs, BICs, and international payment systems.
- Commercially savvy with the ability to construct commercial pricing models.
- Excellent communication skills, socially confident and engaging.
- Proven negotiation skills for new and existing contracts.
