What you will do

  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer growth and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Foster innovation by continuously improving products, processes, and systems based on customer needs.
  • Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with clients to support growth and increase long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, client success, and delivery teams for smooth customer launches.
  • Monitor service performance, promptly addressing and managing customer escalations.
  • Provide effective reporting and data analysis to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial, banking, payments, or financial services sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot, or sales enablement tools.
  • Proven ability to navigate dynamic environments with ambiguous structures and processes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business setting, bringing an enthusiastic and engaged mindset.
  • Experience working with global clients.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
