What you will do

• Lead technical and strategic initiatives to improve testing coverage.
• Perform meta-analysis on customer-reported issues to identify systemic risks and patterns.
• Inspect product code and telemetry data to identify high-risk functionality and create test strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and long-term quality improvements.
• Design and evolve test frameworks, tooling, and data-driven analysis systems.
• Define multi-phase roadmaps for enhancing the testing environment.
• Mentor other SDETs and engineers in advanced test design and debugging best practices.
• Perform stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or SDET.
• Proven expertise in analyzing complex systems and designing test strategies for distributed architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, or similar).
• Experience creating and scaling test frameworks and automation systems for backend and frontend testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use customer data, logs, and metrics to uncover risk areas.

• Familiarity with data-intensive systems or stream processing environments.
