What you will do

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans for Secure Access features across Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Perform client-server throughput, scalability, and performance testing across wired and wireless networks.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
• Partner with developers to refine user stories and clarify technical requirements.
• Investigate defects and drive resolutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test strategies and automation tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience testing client/server applications and solid understanding of SDLC.
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work from the Seattle office 3-5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance or throughput testing.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and virtualization (VMware).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Scripting skills in Python, Groovy, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of VPNs or secure access technologies.
