What you will do

• Lead engineers with 8+ years of industry experience within the Engine Networking Team.
• Develop and optimize asset loading, rendering, and networking components of the game engine.
• Write high-performance systems-level C++ code, focusing on memory management and CPU efficiency.
• Analyze and reduce latency in network exchanges to ensure real-time communication for millions of users.
• Collaborate across the game platform to ensure seamless game state synchronization.

Requirements

• Experience working on the internals of a multi-player game engine.
• Proven track record solving scale, performance, latency, and throughput issues in client/server environments.
• Experience building large multithreaded distributed systems that connect millions of users worldwide.
• Proficiency in developing for various devices, including desktop, mobile, and console clients.
• Must have valid United States work authorization (certain visa categories and H-1B sponsorship may not be supported).
