Team Lead (Live Entertainment): Developing, launching, and managing events from A to Z, with budget and execution ownership, and building/managing a team of project managers and producers. With an accent on expanding existing IPs and launching new concepts, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing commercial performance. Focus on driving performance, growth, and accountability within the team, translating strategic goals into actionable execution plans, and negotiating business deals with various partners.

Location: Employees are expected to be in the office 3-4 days a week. You would join our office in Montreal or Toronto, Canada.

Salary: Attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary and a performance bonus, plus equity package on top.

What you will do

• Build and manage a team of project managers and producers for scalable experiences in Canada.
• Oversee the development, launch, and management of events from A to Z, with full budget and execution ownership.
• Drive expansion of existing IPs (e.g., Ballet of Lights, The Jazz Room) and launch new pilot concepts in multiple cities.
• Ensure day-to-day operational leadership, setting priorities and keeping projects on track.
• Negotiate and close business deals with venues, partners, talent agencies, curators, and musicians.
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance profitability and quality of events.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, startup, or consulting background.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with team management experience.
• Solution-focused, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to identify/solve problems.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with C-level profiles.
• Fluent English + French required.
