What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles across the business.
- Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining a thoughtful, human candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles and execute efficiently.
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and creative strategies.
- Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process.
- Maintain accurate, clean ATS data and identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows.
Requirements
- In-house recruiting experience required (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Clear, confident communication with a collaborative mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with crypto, trading, fintech, or proprietary trading.
- Experience recruiting for technical, trading, operations, or growth-focused roles.
- Comfort working with remote, global talent pools.
- People Ops or HR experience, particularly with onboarding.
