What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product).
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and calibrate profiles.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Conduct resume reviews, recruiter screenings, and candidate coordination.
• Drive a fast, thoughtful, and candidate-centric interview process.
• Track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and recruiting metrics to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized and based in the United States.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage high-volume technical requisitions.
• Strong sourcing expertise across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and product roles.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Lever strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and hiring operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
