What you will do

• Utilise targeted sourcing strategies, tools and methodologies to ensure consistent talent pipelines.
• Create, build, and maintain relationships across a wide demographic of talent.
• Conduct market mapping and prepare talent insights.
• Ensure data integrity of information uploaded to ATS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
• Actively support the Global TA team on a variety of projects across locations and business units.
• Work closely with other Sourcers, Recruiters, University Relations team, and Hiring Managers.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of sourcing within an Agency/RPO/In-house recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and methodologies.
• Confident and articulate phone manner.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and enterprise ATS/CRM.
• Fluent English.
