Salary: £25,000–£35,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Source highly qualified candidates for Associate Coaches and internal roles using ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Liaise with internal Hiring Managers to understand needs, share insights, and support onboarding.
• Monitor hiring progress using data and analytics to proactively develop strategies for meeting targets.
• Provide calendar and administrative support to Co-Founders.

Requirements

• Experience in Recruiting, HR, or a demanding administrative role with coordination of various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including external clients and vendors.
• Corporate experience, preferably within financial or professional services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Be a self-starter with an ownership mindset, able to deliver high-quality output.
