What you will do

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Develop and maintain applications, modules, and features.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement software solutions.
• Identify and resolve software defects and issues through troubleshooting and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in developing IT solutions.
• Strong Knowledge in Java, React, Spring framework, and JUnits.
• Experience with GenAI application development, including vector stores, RAG solutions, context engineering, prompt engineering, and observability.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and containerization technologies.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Exposure to database design and SQL.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Scrum/SAFE practices.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including Git and CI/CD processes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience with Agentic AI development & Python development.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Exposure to AI/ML techniques & methodologies.
