TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Occasional remote work available across Poland and up to 20 international days per year.

What you will do

• Lead development and implementation of service management strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define service requirements and ensure business alignment.
• Manage and optimize service delivery workflows, ensuring quality standards.
• Drive initiatives for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Identify and address complex service delivery issues, implementing sustainable solutions.
• Mentor and support junior consultants in skill development and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Service Management (ITIL).
• Proficient in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience in Financial Operations, combined with knowledge of hirify.global products or similar.
• Analytical thinking and ability to create/support business cases.
• English: B2+ required for all professional communication.
