What you will do

• Own delivery governance for the MEA region, ensuring adherence to global standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related topics with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership teams and identify opportunities for value addition.
• Drive delivery metrics, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for regional delivery operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale delivery programs.
• Experience with successful off-shore delivery for MEA Clients and strong contribution to region development.
• Good understanding of MEA region specifics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, customer, and team focus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.
• Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
