What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of Operations Managers across international markets (Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands & UK).
• Ensure efficient performance of fulfillment KPIs and cost centers by managing our 3PL’s performance.
• Present KPIs to hirify.global’s leadership and derive actionable strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Create solutions for operational challenges to delight hirify.global’s customers.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and tech teams to improve hirify.global’s fulfillment processes and software.
• Spearhead operational excellence to improve hirify.global’s fulfillment processes and software across locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing teams in (fulfillment) operations is a must.
• Proven track record in leading diverse (remote) teams.
• Ability to base decisions on data; Excel is a must for cost analysis.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mentality to build SOPs where needed.
• Curiosity to deep-dive 3PL supplier relations, e-commerce operations, and software applications.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Managing fulfillment operations via 3PLs.
• SQL skills.
