Position: Account Operations Specialist

On The Spot Development is looking for a Account Operations Specialist to to own hiring operations and coordinate customer-driven operational requests on active accounts.
This role acts as a direct point of contact for customers on hiring and operational topics, ensuring clear communication, predictable processes, and smooth coordination with internal teams (Recruiting, HR, Office Management).
Requirements:
- Experience in account operations, hiring coordination, or customer-facing operational roles
- Background in IT services, outsourcing, or staff augmentation
- Fluent English C1+ is a must
