What you will do

• Act as primary owner of vendor relationships for assigned countries.
• Manage vendor performance, SLAs, issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement.
• Run quarterly QBRs with local partners.
• Own vendor escalations related to operations, compliance, payroll, and service quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely country information is provided to internal teams (Program managers, CXG, Country Knowledge and Enablement, Legal, Sales).
• Coordinate vendor-driven changes (process updates, compliance changes, system changes) and maintain partner documentation.

Requirements

• Deep experience managing external vendors in regulated environments.
• Strong escalation management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and QBRs with local partners.
• Ability to translate complex local regulations into clear internal guidance.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
• Comfortable operating without regional silos.
• English: B2 required.
