What you will do
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for each account.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated adoption, and account transition.
- Document customer contact and activity data within CRM/Marketing software.
- Be accountable for accurate forecasting and regular quarterly revenue delivery.
- Promote hirify.global's products, maximize brand recognition, and publicize success stories.
Requirements
- Holds expert-level experience and uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues creatively.
- Possess deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Have a complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
- Be fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Possess fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
