What you will do

• Provide expert-level support and process improvements related to Oracle Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Partner with business users to optimize Order to Cash processes and resolve complex functional challenges.
• Design and implement solutions for sales order, billing, collections, and revenue recognition workflows.
• Design innovative and practical solutions for challenges that cannot be addressed using standard Oracle functionality.
• Write detailed functional specifications for custom solutions and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
• Provide day-to-day incident resolution and user support for Oracle EBS Applications Business as required.

Requirements

• Oracle EBS Applications experience with deep functional expertise in Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Strong knowledge of related Oracle modules including Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing, General Ledger, Oracle Projects, Inventory Management and eBTax.
• Technical proficiency with Oracle database structures and ability to write SQL select statements.
• Proven experience designing and documenting custom functional solutions for complex business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and explore innovative approaches to system challenges.
• Strong partnership skills with ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) and their integration with Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of finance/accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Experience with audit requirements and SOX compliance in EBS environments.
• Experience in subscription billing, recurring revenue, or complex pricing models.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration platforms.
